Pant pant pant...did I miss anything? OPEN POST!

Hi guys!

Many many apologies for the lateness of my Friday post. I thought I had everything together and every base covered this week, but there's always that extra SOMETHING that slips through the cracks. Sigh. All my base did not belong to me.

So! Instead of a real post, I'm doing something I've never done before: an OPEN POST! (Guys, I'm scared.) What do you guys want to talk about? Any questions for me, writing related or otherwise? I'll answer in the comments! Do you mind if I ask you questions? What are your feelings on George Lucas making a Star Wars live action television show? Why is focaccia bread so delicious to eat and so difficult to spell? Who dared cancel Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip? Was it the same guy who canceled Firefly? And Wonderfalls? Are they just doing this to mess with us? Let's discuss in the comments.

Happy Friday, all! And if your geographical location gives you Monday off for Memorial Day, happy that, too! Me and lolcatz are OUT.

I have a question!!! Soooo, do you ever foresee yourself coming back to visit your old critique group buddies once you leave for that country sooooooooooooooooooooooooooo far away? (sorry, that's more of a personal question than a writing question).

I bake a mean focaccia, and I'm not even Italian. It's so yummy dipped in olive oil and balsamic vinegar, or in cheese fondue. *sigh*

Well, I guess I don't have a question at all, but you mentioned food. Couldn't help it. :D

Have a great weekend!

I no longer trust George Lucas with anything. Four fails in a row is three fails too many. Especially if you're proud of them.

Keri!! Personal schmersonal! Short answer: YES. Long answer: YYYEEEEEEEEEEEEEESSSSS! (Heck, half of the US Navy lives in San Diego, right?) Let it be known that my awesome crit partnerettes are totally welcome to attend my and Adam Heine's Thailand/Japan Writing Conference sometime in the next three years. The conference will feature sushi and whatever Adam can cook!

Court Ellyn: You make it?! You make the bread of the gods?? My admiration level just went up a billion points. I NEED THIS RECIPE NOW.

Adam: To this comment, I will be the Oprah Chorus of Amens. You get an amen! You get an amen! You get an amen! (i.e. I AGREE. I always thought Michael Stackpole's X-Wing series would make a killer Star Wars TV show but that's, of course, not what he's working with. Qoryl-sigh.)
